Description:
A handsome and athletic freshman at esteemed Drake University has been targeted by members of Doma Tau Omega for initiation into their prestigious fraternity. Initially adverse to the idea, he soon becomes enamored with the captivating charm of Doma Tau's enigmatic president, who seems to hold an almost spell-like control over him.

The homoerotica in the movie is not even worth discussing... There is no kissing, there is no touching, and the only activities involved are simply them sucking on the same girl's arms...
While the movie was NOT a good movie, by far, it was the BEST eye candy I have seen in a long time. Despite the attractive cast, Devin (whoever the heck played him) is probably the most beautiful creature I have ever seen in my entire life! I have an obsessive tendency to lean toward the blonds and it is not failing me now, that's for sure!

I love this movie!!!!! David Decoteau is a good director, and Bradley Stryker is the hottest actor I have ever seen. I have already watched the movie more than 3 times and I have only had it for a day and a half. This movie tops a lot of the movies I have seen because it has Bradley Stryker in it.

There was excellent magnetism between the characters, and though they were not particularly fine actors, the film was still very good. There was very clear sexual tension and build up though it was anti-climactic in that nothing ever happened. I was sitting on the edge of my seat willing the two main characters to kiss at one point and they never did. Sad.

This is one of the greatest movies on the planet. I just love the plotline, the beautiful men, and the great homoerotic way the movie plays out. Bradley Stryker is one of the best looking guys in horror today.

The funniest vampire movie I have ever watched. This movie is campy, corny, and hilarious. The directing and acting are bad - which makes this such a fun watch.

the blonde guy devon is so sexy i cant stop watching it!! the other one is very cute too. the film is a bit tacky and predictable but the hot guys bring the rating up! check out devon (aka bradley styker's) body! mmmmm!

Fraternity= Vampires.
That really about it a bunch of Frat brothers turn out to be \"vampires\" who are looking for more than to just pledge the newbie into the fraternity... Do they want to change him or is it possibly even more sinister then just that?
Review
Yet another almost bloodless \"Horror\" film from cheese-miester David DeCoteau. This one centered around the Brotherhood of Doma Tau Omega a Fraternity on campus who just happen to be a bunch of \"vampires\"( I'll explain my reason for the quotation marks later), looking to recruit new blood to the brotherhood.
First off can DeCoteau direct anything that does not look like a straight to video home movie?
The sets are awful. The ones that are actually built for the film look like they could fall apart and any minute for lack of a nail. The locations are so poorly dressed that they look like bad set pieces out of an 70's or early 80's sitcom.
Plus are the director and/or costume designer blind?
In one scene we have the main character running around in shorts that are very clearly inside out, Just another in a long line of flaws I found with the film about to be listed...
Horrid, horrid acting by actors I can predict will never do anything worth watching EVER. Every line of dialogue was read as though off a cue card or the crib notes written inside the eternally present sunglasses, even worn at night (the first time I saw this I thought what a perfect music cue Cory Heart's Sunglasses at Night would have been), delivered with all the enthusiasm of bad porn dialogue, which to me is what the two DeCoteau films that I've seen have been: over written, poorly acted sexless pornos. And possibly the worst over acted death scene meant to be as played straight caught on film...
The Dialogue delivery was not helped by the drivel that was coming out of the actors mouths with lines such as:
'Infidels do you dare pass these gates without your invitations' spoken by a 'door man\" at a frat party, and
'I'm wet like a hunny pot...' some drunk chick at the Doma Tau party
Everyone seems to have a confrontational moment followed up by the old 'Just Screwin' with ya...' now I'm nice to you!
Oh and of course we can't forget the senseless underwear scenes are here too.
Yet another DeCoteau film with telepathic communication... again used as lazy writing convention #1(...okay it makes a bit more sense than the plot devisee telepathy in 'Beastly Boyz' but still do all DeCoteau's films feature this plot device?)
Okay now whenever I refer to the brotherhood as \"Vampires\" do I use the Quotations?
Because...
They are immortal, undead bloodsuckers but they are NOT vampires according to the Doma Tau alpha male:
They use a needle like object to drink blood though it does not appear to break the skin as there is no bleeding until several moments after the incision. Nor does the girl who seems to be the blood bag whom it's implied that they drink from often have any signs of scarring or scabbing from the bloodletting.
The film must not have had a continuity checker either as following the blood drinking scene, though our main character drinks her blood in nothing but his skivvies, he wakes up fully clothed 'covered' in blood (\"covered\" in this case being a few stains that could easily be mistaken for a rough night the McDonalds Ketchup dispenser), so that he can be repulsed by his actions.
We get all of this and a TWIST ending....

That the helpful concerned chick that the main non-\"vamp\" characters have the \"hots\" for is...
... dun dun dunnnn.... a Doma Tau groupie!!!! And knows about their secret and is the lover of the Lead \"vamp\" and was sent out as bait to lure the object of their affection in so that their leader can transfer his soul into the newly turned pledge cause he has to do that ever hundred years or some lazy writing drivel like that.... and she is also there to stop his friend, who so obviously has a crush on him from rescuing him from the Doma's. And of course she can cause pain/kill with her mind!
Can someone tell me why David DeCoteau is considered a director of Gay cinema and/or why his films are distributed by Regent Releasing and Here! Films as his films may be homoerotic but they are NOT openly gay/lesbian films they never seem to have LEAD/MAIN gay/lesbian characters?
Again I'll end this review with a plea that I made in my review of another DeCoteau film, \"Beastly BoyZ\":
When is the gay community of which I am a part going to wake up and realize that a gay themed Piece of SH** movie is still a PIECE OF SH** and not support this garbage like any other film.If a horror film is truly a waste of time those that truly love the Genre don't go see it just because it's a horror movie and we need to support our genre. By going to see these celluloid bowel movements we're saying we're okay with lazy film making and that filmmakers can continue to spoon feed us this crap.
