Chilling Adventures of Sabrina |
Description:
A re-imagining of the origin and adventures of Sabrina: the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. This adaptation finds Sabrina Spellman wrestling to reconcile her dual nature, half-witch/half-mortal, while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.

Qvamp says:
One of the main characters in involved in a same-sex relationship. Another main character is trans, has a trans ancestor and is played by a non-binary actor.
Susie also has a gay uncle that factors in to the plot and we also find out in passing that one of the football players is in love with another one.
A number of encounters in this show are fairly homo/trans-phobic. A few to the point of seeming out-of-place in a modern TV series.
