Description:
The protagonist of this horror novel is a female film editor who investigates the murder of her friend, and older gay-film collector. He had discovered a 'lost' Boris Karloff film, since stolen, and the editor suspects that it holds the key to the murder. Her search for clues leads to a mysterious community in rural England, and to an old secret. The film collector is gay, and he and his lover are well portrayed.

Qvamp says: This was an okay story. There is a gay couple in the book, and the death of one of them starts the story. Homosexuality is brought up from time to time, but is not an integral part of the plot. |
