Description:
Addle-minded street hustlers are hired by a fetish-clad chauffeur to have sex in a hearse and taken back to a mental institution where an evil doctor awaits. Little do these sweet little prostitutes know, they are about to descend into the depths of sexual hell.

As the street-wise hustlers descend into the institution's madness, they learn about the evil of the doctor in charge of the place, and of his twin brother.
