A tranny version of one of those 80's homage send up slasher flicks. The villain wears a mask made out of a Bowling Bag. He uses pins and various bowling alley weapons. It's pretty dirty and scummy in parts, with male and female nudity. The tranny gets the operation he's been waiting for, but not the way he thought he'd have it.
