One of the Powerpuff's most menacing enemies is the creature known only as 'Him.' Him is an evil transgendered demon with phenomenal magical powers who loves to torment our heroines. Mostly male, Him always wears make-up, dresses and tutus, and speaks in a high-pitched effeminate voice.
Him tries to break up the Powerpuff Girls through Bubbles' toy Octi.
The citizens of Townsville loves The Powerpuff Girls and its annoying Him, so Him turns everyone's love for the Powerpuff Girls into hate.
The Professor throws the girls' a birthday party, but when every villain finds out about it they try to ruin the party.
After a long week of school the girls' get a long weekend to go to the Bahamas. Buttercup dares them to race home and when they do they travel 50 years into the future. With the girls' gone Him took over so the girls' go back to their own time.
Mojo Jojo, Princess Morebucks, Fuzzy Lumpkins, and Him all team up as The Beat Alls to defeat the Powerpuff Girls. All is going well until Mojo Jojo falls in love with Moko Jono who breaks up the Beat Alls.
Buttercup smashes Bubbles's chalk when her drawings cover the playground's blacktop. An angry Bubbles is given magic chalk by Him (disguised as a butterfly) and encouraged to express her anger in her drawings. She then draws monsters that come to life and terrorize the school.
The Powerpuff Girls have to solve riddles created by Him to get to the Professor in time.
The Powerpuff girls go to sleep of a hard day of fighting crime. While the girls are sleeping, Him gets into their dreams, and makes them deal with their biggest fears.
Him is sick and tired of all the villains (including himself) failing in their never-ending plot to destroy the Powerpuff Girls, so he brings the Rowdyruff Boys back to life and stronger than ever.
Dynamo returns and this time is against Townsville and destorying the town along with terrorizing it's citizens. The Powerpuff Girls try to figure out who is controlling Dynamo while fighting it and saving Townsville at the same time.
On Fathers Day (ironically) Mojo Jojo discovers that the Rowdyruff Boys are back to life. he also discovers that Him is now their dad and made them much better than he did. Angered by this Mojo Jojo and Him go into a competition to prove who is the more evil father.
