


Twenty-two years later, Sam and Dean are grown up and one day their father goes on a hunt and disappears. Sam and Dean try to find him but all they find is their dad's book containing information about evil entities. Sam and Dean continue to search for their father and along their way they try to help anyone with a 'supernatural' problem with the help of their dad's book.
In several episodes, Sam and Dean, the two main characters who are brothers, are thought to be gay lovers.
The episode 'Dead Man's Blood' has some minor lesbian vampire content.
'Ghostfacers' has an openly gay character in it who becomes a heroic ghost. It also has some of the most bizarre lines ever uttered on television, including:
'You have to go be gay for that poor dead intern!'
'Gay love can pierce through the veil of death, and save the day.'
s01e20. An eccentric local man is brutally killed by three powerful attackers. The trail leads to a nest of vampires.
2.21 - Lily Baker, a woman who can't touch people because of her demonic power, touched her girlfriend and killed her.
s03e13. Whilst investigating the haunted Morton Mansion, Sam and Dean run into a couple of familiar faces and become inadvertent participants in a new reality show named Ghostfacers. As events turn deadly and the team are trapped in the house, the investigation becomes a battle to survive until morning.
s5e09. After Sam and Dean find themselves to be the stars of a 'fictional' series of books describing their adventures, they arrive at a convention for fans of the books. Two of the main characters, who like to pretend that they are Sam and Dean are in a gay relationship together.
s07e20. Sam and Dean discover that Frank's hard drive, containing everything on the leviathans, is now in Dick's company building. To retrieve it, they ask for help from one of the employees, lesbian-identified Charlie, a young computer hacker. This creates awkwardness when she has to flirt her way past a guard.
s08e11. Sam and Dean investigate the mysterious deaths of two LARPers (Live Action Role Players) in Farmington Hills, Michigan who were playing a game entitled Moondoor. There, they discover that the Queen of Moondoor is none other than Charlie Bradbury, who had previously helped them against the leviathan.
Charlie is taken by the fairy Gilda, who is the killer, having been forced to harm people against her will. The only way to stop her is to find her master. While spending time with Gilda, Charlie develops feelings for her and they share a kiss.
s09e04. This episode revolves around Dorothy of the Wizard of Oz. In it, there are slight lesbian overtones between Dorothy and Charlie, the computer hacker.
s10e11 - Computer-hacker Charlie has been split into good an evil versions of herself. While at a bar, the good version laments that being good is awful, and that she can't even hit on the bartender and instead wants to take care of her.
Later, bad Charlie arrives at the bar with Dean and shows her attraction more strongly for the same bartender.
s11e16. A mother is renovating her house when her daughter's bedroom shows signs of a ghost and the girl falls into a coma with a hand-print on her ankle. In passing the woman mentions her wife is out of town.
s11e19 - A 12-year-old Jessie tells his older brother Matty, 'Me and Jackie. We kissed.' His brother doesn't care about this, but is tired of hearing his brother talking about Jackie. Right after this happened, Jessie and Matty encounter a monster in the woods, resulting in the death of Matty.
27 years later, now in present day, Sam and Dean are hunting the same monster that killed Matty and run into an adult Jessie, who is now a hunter. He's been trying to avenge his brother's death since that time. But Jessie isn't hunting alone -- he has a hunting partner, Cesar, who is also his husband.
