Andy Warhol's cheeky tribute to the Transylvanian legend is distinguished by its overt acknowledgement of the sexual metaphor of vampires. Young Dracula craves the blood of virgins in a house full of the promiscuous daughters of a country nobleman.

This isn't really queer... the vampire is femmy and wears makeup, but that's about it. Notice that Dracula is played by Udo Kier, the same actor as the lead vampire in 'Blade'.
